Paul Bell is the speaker for our second event. Paul is a champion for all things ‘people’ in our region. He is the Managing Director for Intepeople, and is one of the most experienced HR practitioners in NZ. His education in law, business and industrial relations means he has the unique ability to traverse all the various disciplines of HR at both the strategic and operational levels.
Paul is going to talk us through the difficult discussions around pay and performance, and how we improve our worth in our workplace. Join us as we demystify the performance based pay system and learn crucial tools for confidently discussing our remuneration and performance with managers.
