Revised event: Nothing quite like a Pandemic to give us a good excuse to delay our AGM, however onward we go! We have jiggled things around so now we are holding our AGM over Zoom and YOU will be cooking yourself breakfast!
The committee will be reporting back to NYP’s members about what we have done over the past year, voting on changes to our constitution and electing next year’s committee (hands up!).

NYP is an Incorporated Society which means we have rules we are required to follow. One of these rules to to inform our members of the business to be conducted at the AGM, as well as any nominations for committee members

Motions of the previous AGM
Presidents report
Treasurers report and statement of accounts
Election of committee members
Motions to be considered
General business
Approval of plans for the balance of the current and next calendar years.
We also need to give out the Annual Report, a list of nominees and a statement of any motions.
